OVERVIEW

Quantam industrial laboratories is certified and accredited to perform the following- 

1. We have been designated by National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) as measurements of water/effluent, soil, noise level and vibration intensity measurements, flue gases and air pollution's levels. We perform wide range of testing services for environmental chemical and microbiological analysis such as: NOISE and vibrational level monitoring e.g. mapping, monitoring or research study. Air quality analysis (e.g. NOx, Sox, Cox, HS, VOCs, PM). Industrial and occupational test (e.g. hearing, dust, heat, room light, toxins and microbes' levels)             

2. We are certified by National Quality Institute(NQI) and National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) as center for  skills and innovations developments short courses e.g (GLP as ISO 17025, OHSA as ISO 45001, ISO 9001:2015;  FIRST AID, Fire Safety, fumigation's and pest control, global water, hygiene and sanitation's practices ) for the manufacturing factories, service industries, farmers, researchers, NGO, teaching organization and research institutions.                                                      

3. We are strategically planning to be accredited by KENAS in accordance with ISO IEC 17025 standard for laboratory testing services of foods/food products, cereals, grains and pulses, edible vegetable oils/fats, flour, black tea and meat/fish products both for chemical and microbiological. Thus, in Calibration and verification services we focus on containers verification and inspection; weighing instruments verification, boilers and volume tanks inspection, as well as calibration, verification and validation of pressure gauges, mass weights, volume vessels, temperature gauges etc, ; electromagnetics material ; fire safety apparatus inspection; loading/unloading site inspection; .                                                                                                               

4. we are licensed by pest control and products board for fumigation and pest control services for public health/domestic pest control, agricultural pest control and fumigation, industrial pest control, structural fogging and spraying, pallet heat treatment and fumigating services.

5. We are certified by directorate of occupational health and safety services (DOSHS) in ministry of labor to offer air quality monitoring, occupational health surveillance, mapping and mitigation of air pollution services, industrial ergonomics. OHS SERVICES AND MONITORING- (a) indoor air quality monitoring (b) hearing and vision tests (c) industrial safety applications (d) occupational assessments, evaluation and audits (e) hazards recognition, evaluation and control measures ​(f) workplace safety management; and ISO systems audits/assessments in the by national and regional quality standards guidelines.
